Online Orders
Products purchased through our website may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, provided that:

Corporate & Bulk Orders
Due to the customized and volume-based nature of corporate and bulk purchases, these orders are not eligible for refunds.
However, corporate and bulk order customers may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to product availability and approval by Grainure.
Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping or courier charges associated with the exchange process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos and order details. Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Personalized & Engraved Products
Products that have been personalized, customized, or engraved at the customer's request are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error made by Grainure during the personalization process.
